  • 120g Pineapple, cored and skinned
  • 30g Lemon, with skin

  1. Start by preparing the orange, pineapple, and lemon. Ensure that the orange is peeled, the pineapple is cored and skinned, and the lemon is thoroughly washed.
  2. Core the apple and slice it into pieces that will easily fit into your juicer or blender chute.
  3. After removing the strawberries' stems, give them a thorough wash under cold water.
  4. Juice the hard and soft ingredients in turns to start. Start with the harder ingredients like apple and lemon, followed by the softer ones like strawberry and orange.
  5. Once all the fruits have been juiced, add the milk to the mixture and stir well to combine.
  6. Serve immediately in a chilled glass. Optionally, garnish with a slice of orange or a sprig of mint for an extra touch of freshness.
